- Yerdaulet Rakhmatulla is a Kazakh international affairs practitioner working on nuclear justice, stakeholder engagement and the governance of emerging technologies. His work focuses on bringing the perspectives of communities affected by nuclear testing and large infrastructure projects into the policy processes that concern them, from village hearings in Kazakhstan to meetings of the IAEA, the UN General Assembly and the NPT Review Conference.
